What is your shipping Policy?
Shipping is tricky, and expensive. I've tried to come up with pricing that can be fair for both you and me--we'll see how it works. I decided not to pad all of my prices to include shipping so that you aren't paying shipping on multi piece orders. If I have to resort to marketing psychology to make it seem more palatable I will, but I'd rather start off with some transparency.
This is a one gal operation, one person making the work and fulfilling the orders...one gal who also has a full-time job. I will ship orders within a week of ordering and will communicate tracking as soon as it ships.
What is your Policy on Returns/Exchanges/Refunds?
I generally do not issue refunds, except in the case of something getting damaged during shipping.
Documentation of the packaging will be required. Otherwise, please ask any questions before ordering, to ensure that you end up with what you expect. If you have concerns, please contact me and we'll see what we can work out, but no promises.
*Policies are subject to change, without notice, as deemed necessary.
Who is making your prints? (digital reproductions, or giclees)
As it happens, my full time job is doing exactly this--I reproduce people's artwork for a living. So, when I say that everything is done as it should be, it is...because that's what I do.
So, my limited edition prints are made at my work, Riverside Art in Somerset, Massachusetts, on a Canon iPF9400, which has a 12- color, pigmented ink-set. I'm using papers from both Hahnemuhle and Breathing Color, and will denote which is printed on which in the description of the actual items.
Prints will be sealed inside of an archival plastic bag, to ensure that it arrives safe and clean. FUN FACT, these bags are great for storing important paperwork or photos. Once you frame your print, please reuse the bag for something else!
How can I keep up with your new work?
